Part of the underfloor electronics system is left exposed (protected by plexiglass) so that the tenants can understand better how the building works.
 

An important part of achieving LEED Gold was the negotiations with the local authorities to modify the transit route to access the site..
Another key aspect of LEED lies in bicycle storage and the ability to access the site by these types of transportation.
